Jessica Laversin holds the Level 4 Diploma in Wines from the Wine and Spirits Education Trust (WSET), among the most highly regarded certifications in the wine industry. She has worked as a wine educator and writer, as well as vineyard partner-owner, in Park City, Utah, the San Francisco Bay Area, and Barcelona, Spain.

Located in the beautiful Priorat wine region in Catalonia, Spain, boutique winery Argeles Vineyards produces premium, structured red wines from Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, and Carignan. Jessica is involved in marketing, sales, and evaluating the wines during her frequent trips to the winery in Spain.

The moments we remember most are inextricably linked with our culinary experiences, enhanced by the perfect wine pairing. Jessica has trained as a wine expert, chef's apprentice, and all-around culinary and wine aficionado over the last 20 years.
